Synopsis: Between the events of ‘Saw‘ and ‘Saw II,’ a sick and desperate John Kramer embarks on a journey to Mexico in pursuit of a risky and experimental medical procedure, hoping for a miraculous cure for his cancer. However, he soon uncovers that the entire operation is a fraudulent scheme preying on the most vulnerable. With a renewed sense of purpose, the notorious serial killer returns to his gruesome work, turning the tables on the con artists through a series of devious, deranged, and ingenious traps.
